Food can be offensive in so many ways.
It can be offensive by the way it looks, tastes, smells, and feels.
And it can be offensive by what’s in it, where it comes from, how it is obtained, how it is prepared, and how it is presented on the plate.
I can assure you that in Italy insulting to death the photos made from those abroad who try to imitate Italian cuisine (making horrendous things) is almost considered a civil duty.
I make some Italian food, but I would never dare compare it to that produced by true Italian chefs.
Am offended by everyone else’s OFFENSIVENESS!!

There will always be at least one poor soul that will be offended. Difference today is they just can’t keep it to themselves.
And there is always someone who complains about the carbs or calories even though no one is asking them to eat it.
