I’m in for the barefoot society. Well … maybe not for everyone (else) – there are some pretty “scary” feet “out there” (out there = in or covered by shoes and/or socks).
As a young lad, shoes came off at the end of school and not put back on till school started in the fall. Running on gravel/brush were/was never a problem, now.. a grain of sand in my carpet hurts.

Is there an exemption for those whose arches have fallen, and find walking, even on carpet, quite painful?
