Not that secure. I lost decades worth of photos (Including some irreplaceable ones of my late grand parents) in a housefire in the 90’s. Yes there was a fire proof safe, no it wasn’t fire proof enough…
For my most valuable photographs, I have THREE complete back-ups on DVD-ROM. Even DVDs lose bits over time. Cloud storage puts them in someone else’s hands. All you get if they lose them is a “sorry”.

Where they will fade and stick to the plastic.
