Where I live now, my home cost me over $700,000.00 The one I sold to move here, was sold for over $1.3 Million. Housing prices keep going up. The one I have now would sell for double what I paid for it here, in the city I used to live in. Law of Supply and Demand. Where I used to live there were many more buyers than sellers, hence the high prices.
