Dreams are important, its hard to get where you want to be if you don’t know what that is. Its just that dreams are only the first step. After dreaming comes planning. After planning comes action. Then you may get what you’re looking for — the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune notwithstanding.

Shakespeare told us (I think perceptively) that or little lived are surrounded with sleep. If that’s so, this must be a dream (merrily, merrily). When we actually understand what Reality is, perhaps then we can pass judgment on peoples’ dreams and how they use them. Some people dream they have a purpose they must fulfill. Some of us “do” but don’t judge the actions of others if they don’t. We all get the result we aim for, whether we know it or not. We all make our beds and lie in them. As Theodore Roethke put it, “What else is there to say? We end in joy.”

A person can work really hard going the wrong direction. Obviously this gal had both dreams and drive. Oh, and good judgment. Not as dull as it sounds.
