Ziggy: I don't mind you having friends over now and then, but woodpeckers?
It’s almost as bad as a houseful of teenagers!
I don’t blame Ziggy one bit. Woodpeckers can be LOUD at times when they’re looking for meals.

We had a woodpecker near our house once. It, at least, had the decency to not work on our tree at night.
Keep the window closed!
In practical terms, that means that Ziggy needs an exterminator. The only reason that a woodpecker rat-tat-tat’s at anything means there are bugs and such in the wood.

Ziggy must have a forest of dead trees in his backyard. A natural wildlife habitat. Poollady, is right. Close the window Zig!
