There was a restaurant chain called Earl of Sandwich several years ago. I really liked their bread. After a few years, they changed the bread and put less meat in the sandwich. I quit going there and apparently so did most of their customers; they went out of business. They didn’t seem to care about what made them successful, just the bottom line which got lower and lower.
