When I first started out in my first career job in the Postal Service, I was a driving a collection route picking up mail out of boxes and businesses. I was on 16 th Street in D.C. and went into a business to collect the box. When I returned I found a parking ticket on my truck. Do you think the government pays parking tickets on government vehicles?

I would have thought that the dog would eat the ticket.

Should have taken him to the dog park.

The dog is not in the parking space, he is on the sidewalk. A car could still park in the space.

It seems like a really bad place to tie up the dog, where he could easily get into the street and get hit.
