I wanted a tv when I was a kid. I delivered newspapers until I had $117 to buy an RCA black and white . I delivered papers until I was 16 then got a job at a grocery store.
When we were young teens. my friend’s bike was stolen. His father refused to buy him another. He found a junk bike, sanded it and painted it, bought new gears, etc… You can be sure he locked THAT one up everywhere we went!
No one makes a lot of money. He can make a wish get a job you will have other important things in life to spend money on other than a bike you have food clothes, a place to sleep what if you are sick?
