I took my car to a Walmart car care center once to get the oil changed. They pulled it in, stared at it for about five minutes, and came out and said, “Buddy, we don’t know what to do with your Lexus. It takes a special tool to remove the oil filter canister and we don’t have one. We don’t even know if we have the filter it takes.” You’d think a big place like that would be better equipped.
