The “blueprint” is the Constitution, something republicans don’t believe in.

The Republican blueprint is mob rule.

It is hard to follow a blueprint when the other side is not living up to their oaths. The one they swore when taking office and the one they swore before the “trial.”

I guess Al’s universe is like ours; Republicans ignore their oaths to the Constitution and put party above country.

The GOP spent 7 years investigating Clinton and the best they got him on was lying about a BJ in the Oval Office. Get off your high horse. Conservatives have no credibility.

You need an actual act worthy of impeachment first; you know like the many Trump committed. Biden’s never going to that because he cares about more than himself.

They were hired by the people to run the government. Unfortunately they think ‘run’ has an ‘i’ in it.

The impeachment and trial were both an exercise in wiping of the bum with due process.

No, if the ex-prez is guilty of anything he was impeached on, he should be charged by the DOJ and indicted by a grand jury and put on trial where due process is a mandate. Surely the biden administration and DOJ isn’t going to cut the ex-prez any slack. nor will the dems in Congress. There will only be an indictment if there is a case for sedition, inciting an insurrection, etc. that can be proven in a court of law, otherwise there won’t be. Personally, I’d love to see this go to trial. Certainly nothing was proven during the clown show impeachment and trial. But I’m not hopeful…the case is weak, and even though, as they say, you can indict a ham sandwich, it doesn’t mean you should.

The House of Representatives of the Bananastan Republic of America carried out its duties and impeached the former president for seditious acts. GQP members of that most august chamber, the Senate, carried out their marching orders from their fearless leader and protected him versus upholding the law and Constitution.

The original blueprint called for finding republican senators with faith in the American system. Sadly, this was not possible. Certainly, we couldn’t find any GOP Flack Cartoonists with any balls either.

Here’s a toast to the Capitol Police who now have to defend 43 republican Senators who supported, defended and helped justify the big lie that got their follow officers killed.

Hmmmm … Incumbent President lost the Presidency, lost control of the House, lost control of the Senate…. GOP lost control of their moral compass…. Yet, Goodwyn isn’t ‘tired of winning!’

Republicans will push to impeach (if they can, in the future) NOT due to high crimes or misdemeanors, but merely for revenge. Gotta keep that divide strong, and make Congress’s focus on revenge instead of working for the electorate…

After chiding the Democrats’ blueprint for so long, no wonder the Republicans are stealing it…

In a speech with a first half reminiscent of the arguments made by House impeachment managers, McConnell said the former president was “practically and morally responsible” for the attack on the Capitol on January 6. Yet failed to convict. That ain’t a blueprint the elephant is wandering away with…it’s the constitooshun, and it needs a little more shredding before it suits the elephants.
