9 Chickweed Lane by Brooke McEldowney for January 21, 2001
Transcript:
Lights are shining on Juliette, who has her arms extended. She is wearing long, white gloves. Juliette's gloved hand appears. Juliette stands adjacent to a smiling magician, who is holding a wand and a top- hat. A white bird emerges from the magician's hat. Juliette's arms are still extended. Many white birds fly out of the magician's hat. The white birds roost on Juliette as she poses. Juliette is with her therapist and appears anxious. Her therapist says: "Before we review your dream, let me repeat...There is no clinical term for a fear of being a magician's assistant and covered in guano."
