A thundering cloud appears above Edda's head. Amos thinks: "Whenever Edda's under a cloud, I give the eye of the tempest a very wide berth." Amos gets shocked by lightening from Edda's cloud. Amos has been shocked and has a large black mark on his shirt. He thinks: "...Still there's the problem of passing bolts of sarcasm."
