my mother in law is on a balanced diet…..she can eat a triple cheeseburger with her left hand, and two slices of supreme pizza with her right hand, while balancing on one foot……….
The first time my Dad had his cholesterol checked, it was over 500…finally got it lowered to the 300’s…and he lived to be 90 in perfect health…mowing his own yard the summer before he died the following January. I’m like Alfred E Newman….What? Me worry?
