And we’re supposed to know him from where? (Looks kinda Batman-villainish. I should watch some of those movies just to keep up with the world.)

it is the heat miser, who is a character from the Rankin/Bass 1974 children’s television special The Year Without a Santa Claus. Heat Miser is a blustery, quick-tempered brother to Snow Miser.

That’s great! One of my many favorite Christmas specials.

There were NO misers (heat or cold) in the original children’s book that the TV show was based on. Talk about improving the book!

I love it! Toooooooooooooooo funny – and Heat Miser and Cold Miser are my faves! Good show!
