Right Teddy, we are all racists. Funny how its actually YOU in the liberal media that largely ignore crime in the inner cities.

Is “inner city shootings” the new talking point being used by right-wingnuts to whitewash the Sandy Hook tragedy?

et the Liquor Lobby is allowed to slaughter our fellow citizens daily, When are we going to have sensible Laws limiting the amount of Alcoholic Beverages we can buy and linit all patrons of bars to one glass of one ounce of beer?"The liquor lobby doesn’t advocate the repeal of drunk driving laws.

The NRA should be so happy, now! They are all getting on bandwagon for the banning of assault weapons, and high count (more then 30) ammo clips. All the while keeping a very low profile till the heat passes. If there is anyone out there who really thinks our congress will do anything on this, I’ve got some prime land parcels in Mexico I’d like to sell you.

This issue has been brought up a number of times in the past few weeks, and has been pretty much debunked. But keep saying the same thing, if it makes you happy.

But just to play the devil’s advocate: in Virginia, you can now walk into a bar with your gun. You’re not supposed to be able to order a drink, but no one here has asked me whether I’m armed when I order one. Also, of course, I could get drunk first, go to my car, and get my gun and come back. That’s legal.

Another good idea from NRA: back when Virginia was identified as the state that a majority of criminals in New York/New Jersey, and even DC were getting their illegal guns, we passed a bill restricting people to one handgun purchase per month. It worked: gun-running up the coast went from a torrent to a trickle. The last legislative session, we repealed that law. No reason was given. But I’m sure it’s a good idea: how can anyone survive on only 12 handguns per year?

Wow you really need to think before you type. Rall thinks Obama is WAY too conservative!! Too funny.

If you don’t realize he attacks Dems for not being loony left enough then you really need to go back and look at his toons. As said by ansonia he is listed here as a Liberal.

Since we’ve passed stricter laws on drunk driving, the death toll has gone down dramatically. It only makes sense that the same will happen with gun laws. Powerful guns with large clips, like the one used in CT, are readily available in 99% of the country.Every time you guys open your mouths, it seems like your position is weaker.

You don’t read Ted Rall much, do you? When he makes fun of Obama, he’s not attacking from the right.. Rall believes Obama is a “sell-out”.

The NRA continued to insist today that the solution to gun violence is more guns, and MORE FEDERAL SPENDING! All in order to put a security officer in every school. It’s time to stand up and say that their interpretation of the second amendment goes against the preamble under which it was written. Our founders did not mean for us to live in an armed camp. By the way, it’s an AMENDMENT! It wad ADDED! So it WASN’T original intent, and can be taken out if WE so choose!

This would have been much more effective without the word ‘white’, but at least we now have an idea as to how many more have tb be sacrificed on the NRA’s Altar of Slaughter before something is done.

I love how people are always trying to put labels on Ted Rall. Try “independent thinker.” human, that was one of the most bitterly satirical comments I’ve read in some time.

The “Bleeding Heart Liberals” weren’t the ones who decided to close Mental Health facilities in the name of “budget cuts”. That chicken came home to roost long ago. As to armed guards in schools, the NRA should recruit its own membership, and offer their services to districts who so choose AT NO CHARGE! Since these same people argue for less regulation, this would be great-no federal funds or programs involved!
