My ex brother in law went out when he was a kid. He locked the back door and hung the key up in the wash shed. He left a note for his Mum and Dad on the kitchen table telling them the back door key was in the shed.

The mail is probably an audit alert from the IRS anyhow. Best to wait til he get’s back for the bad news , Mutt. .
