Doesn’t help much when driving (which is typically when you get many good ideas). Luckily, my smart phone doubles as a voice recorder.
The trouble with most “good ideas” is that after some (sober) second thought they really turn out to be bad ideas.
Post it notes work well. Though now, I have used FREE apps on my phone to keep tabs of all great ideas AND things I need to do….
