One of these days, he might admit the Republican Party left him. I had to admit the Democrats left me and so joined the Greens, which are more like FDR and Sam Rayburn of my youth.
It’s the turtles. and it’s turtles all the way down!

The main beneficiaries of the pork in the Sandy Relief Bill will Alabama, Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. All the states have 2 republican senators each, except for Louisiana, which has 1 Democrat and 1 Republican.-http://www.forbes.com/sites/rickungar/2013/01/03/pork-holding-up-senate-sandy-relief-bill-funneled-into-the-troughs-of-gop-deficit-hawks-you-betcha/
You are correct, Christie is a bully. A bully that the Republicans were proud to call their own when he attacked teachers and proudly posted the video on YouTube:-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aw0aBkt8CPA-A bully that Romney was more than happy to use as an attack dog against Obama:-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yxi-ZfD8uhM-If Republicans didn’t have a problem with him then, they shouldn’t have a problem with him now.
When you look at the content of the proposal, some of the totally “non hurricane” items are: roof repairs on a museum in D.C., a new car for a head of a federal agency, money for fish hatcheries in Alaska, and the list goes on and on. How can you expect the House Repubs to waste time on frivolous things like Hurricane victims when there’s IMPORTANT things for them to do.
…like trying to repeal Obamacare — again!
