A sick and disingenuous cartoon. Unwanted children are called “takers” and are being targeted TODAY for the “entitlements” they receive: Medicare, public education, after-school programs, etc.

What? What? If we had more unwanted children, more kids with birth defects, more mothers dying in childbirth, that would help fund Social Security?
