Anyone know what Bill Watterson is doing today? I can’t believe he just hung up this fantastic artistic talent and is doing nothing with it now.

If it were only that easy to totally change your world.

virtually every comment i see is right on- another reason why C&H STILL rocks, & Doonsbury (SP?) has sucked for about 10 years now (mostly!)

I like in the 4th panel, the wall-mounted creature head, is rolling it’s eyes because Dad & Mom isn’t goin’ with the flow..

sometimes I wish I saw the world through Calvin’s eyes

I have a large file of some of Calvins faceial expressions and I hope I’m not doing anything wrong but I do use some of those pic when I sign off emails to friends. He has Without a doubt, the best verity of expressions of ANY cartoon out there. I just love this strip.

This is why I love to read FICTIONAL books so much . . . all the places you can go . . . all the people you can meet . . . all the adventures you can have . . .all without having to leave the comfort of your own home!

Calvin, you’ll never be be bored, but you will be lonely. That’s why you need Hobbes to share your world.

Of course he’s bored — but I don’t think he needs her to find him something to do (probably chores) — he’s doing alright by himself.

kazam! like that comic shazam or something like that. where the boy says “shazam!” and he becomes a superhero. but for calvin, it’s the opposite-his magic word changes other people into their true character. wonder what hobbes would be…

If you get what you want or wish for, it might turn out to be even more interesting than you imagined….
