I’m suffering from Sophie deprivation.

Stupid cats……

In my childhood, uh, “experiments”, they always landed on their feet! (And yes, they always walked away unharmed…)

Please, please, please, Brian – give those limp little kittens some whiskers … whiskers allow a cat to gauge width. Love their klingon ability to hang in there (despite some nasty comments from cat hating people).Whiskers, whiskers, whiskers.

I haven’t had cats since I was a kid, but am mostly a “dog person”, at one time having 7 dogs because I couldn’t bear to part with the 4 puppies we had.

Yet………………..I really enjoy these 2 kittens. They are cute and funny and I hope they stay in the strip with Sophie and Doug.

But, in the final analysis? It’s Brian Anderson’s strip and whatever goes on in the strip is ultimately HIS decision! That’s the way it should be.

The strange thing is that they don’t seem to learn. Perhaps Doug can give them a hand.If he throws a tidbit I bet they don’t even touch the floor till they are on top of the tidbit.

after several years of being here i’m going to quit this comic i think. cats disgust me, and i see no end in sight….every day cats, cats, cats.

I, too, like the cats. They provide a fresh angle for humor … not to mention some memorable lines in their distinctive speaking styles.

If cats always land on their feet and toast always lands butter side down, what happens when you staple a piece of toast butter-side up on a cats back?

I hope they leave the cats in Georgia…

So? No whiskers? these are cartoon cats and cartoon cats are whatever the artist wants them to be or have or do…Now excuse me, I have to use the litter box
