He wants them to stop being the, ‘Stupid Party’…but they can go ahead and keep on being the Crazy Party, the Hate Party, etc.

I don’t think political cartoonists have too much to worry about, at least for the next few decades.

Let’s be fair, the GOP is not stupid, they are simply representing their constituents — the top 1% super wealthy. It looks like stupid activities to us, but the wealthy, it all makes perfect sense.

I may not always agree with Danzinger’s opinions, but his artistry is simply terrific at all times!!

My concern about the latest GOP soul-searching is that many of them seem to think that there is nothing wrong with their positions on most issues, and that they simply have to better articulate their messages. Good luck with that!

The GOP HAS been the stupid party for so long I don’t see much chance of them changing. As long as the ‘angry white men’ run things, and they don’t allow anyone else in, they will forever be the ‘stupid party’. The REALLY STUPID PARTY’.

I’ve been proselytizing Bill Holman and Smokey Stover for years. They contributed greatly to my warped sense of humor. Glad to see some of newer generation will be infected. Now let’s see some references to George Herriman and Krazy Kat!
