MARK TRAIL: The 3 panels have a nice variation in the art work today. It’s about time for something to happen to move this story forward a notch. JUDGE PARKER: It will be an even bigger surprise if Neddy and her friend don’t show up.MARY WORTH/PHANTOM: Mary was wearing a black beanie and now the lioness looks like she’s wearing a black hood.

Judge Parker – I hope they do show up and there’s a good explanation for all the money.A3G – I think the cartoonists will take the easy way out and have talking heads give us an explanation rather than showing us which would involve new characters (police officers). When they did the fire, the smoke was very unrealistic. Only one panel, of Ari having chest pains, showed some realism.Rex – Rex and June deserve some relaxation and fun, but something will probably happen at breakfast.
