I wonder how sequestration will affect our cyber-defenses. If the cuts are across the board, doesn’t that mean that DOD and NSA will have to at least consider laying off or furloughing those employed to defend us against cyber attacks?
Who needs cyber-security when we can have a missile-defense system that we can pretend has a chance of working? Good thing the right people are setting our priorities.
