(2013 “cut” of 2.3% of the total)-the problem is the Obama policies of increased government employees, increased costs due to adding 17 million to Medicaid; billions in “bail-outs”; etc etc etc.-Obama just got a $160 Billion tax hike in 2013 that will harm the economy; but claims the sequester 2013 “cuts” in an increased budget (higher than 2012) will trigger recession!(technically, the "recession of 2007-2008 ended June 2009…but if the current economy is “recovery” it is not in agreement with the historical record of past recession/recovery numbers!
