She probably gives Burl a wish list, too…but he thinks he should ignore it and come up with something on his own….cos it would be more romantic that way.
Nothing says “I love you” like a bottle of deodorant…or wait….does it say.. “You stink?”
Well at least Jerry has a better idea. Costs more but Joy would love a hair dryer.. Or does he mean a clothes dryer? She does rinse out her bra once a month. But your right Burls spending only goes 1-4 dollars. Hay maybe he can look in one of those storage containers where he works. After all it’s only natural to take what’s not yours isn’t it?
I’m surprised he didn’t go trolling through the fast food joints to pick up ‘free’ packets of ketchup, mustard, mayo and relish, then put them in a box as a ‘sampler’.
If he were really generous (and we know niether of them is weight or health concious) he would take her to one of those really good buffet type places. We have been to some that literally have Everything and aren’t even that expensive for seniors.
But I don’t think they ARE seniors; the extra weight just makes them look that way. And yes, I have eaten there ;-P but not any more (at least not this year). My weight is holding at 117 and I don’t have to try.

I’m sure Joy posts a count-down calendar.

Actually, to my Mom a “duster” was something like this and my Dad might have bought her one….

And to me, back when I sold vintage clothes, a duster was something like this… and I would have loved one(not that I ever looked like that!)

But…. sigh…we all know Burl means one of these:

They’re a perfect match, so she’ll probably love it. I mean he did win her over by TP-ing her house.
