OMG! Mom turns out to be a super-scientist! And she’s so cool about it (“she’s just drawn that way”)! Wow! Hang on, you nasty green mutation and Pooh-slayer! Mommy’s here!

Someone mentioned yesterday that it would be neat to see Beatrice’s reaction. Can you imagine mom’s reaction to meeting sweet little Beatrice? LOL!

Does any one know what comic “mom” is from? I think it is the old dick tracy strip, but I could be incorrect.

To answer Leo’s question about ‘Mom’, have you ever looked in the mirror and wondered where you came from?

Guess her arm is stuck that way…ope no, right then left then right. Funny.

I’m not not sure, but I think Mom is based on old Madison Avenue print ads. An idealized version of what a mom should be, 50’s mindset.

“Mom” (and Dad), have been a scream on this comic when they were introduced a couple years ago. (Leo went on vacation to his home.) And no, he’s not adopted.

Maybe Leo, the mutant son of mom, was caused by her accidental exposure to viral experiments she was conducting.

I predicted she would give him chicken soup. Now I predict she’ll take his temperature in a way that will embarrass him.

Duh! ALL Moms are “Dr. Mom”… ; ))

Interestingly, she’s making her concoction in Leo’s lab, not in the kitchen.
