At the 7th panel, I thought she was stretching up to put her arms around him and hug him back. (I agree, not really in character for Rose, but that stretch was still amusing.)
Very agile! Surprised that she didn’t have to morph into “biker babe” to do it… and lucky for him!!
Not to take a playful strip too serious but… years ago I was studying Tai Chi, and another student – a young woman – told how she’d been grabbed from behind by a stranger in a park. She did a move similar to this: drop down with a spin, thrust upward with the arms breaking his grip. He was so shocked she didn’’t need to follow up with the (much more painful) next moves in the form (back of the fist to the forehead, knee to the groin).
