Earl should be used to Opal bugging himby now.

That has to be one of the great truism of married life ! And you know Earl is weighing the odds….

You would think that Earl should know not to ask questions he already know’s the answer to by now

Get a ladder and Earl hold it while Nelson goes up and gets the bag out of the tree. Then give Nelson a big bowl of ice cream for a reward.

She’ll bug the heck out of him whether the bag’s there or not. It’s in her nature to be a pain.

Opal does all the work around there and everybody gripes about her. Typical.

I guess it simply comes down to which old bag bothers you the most

I like Mac’s idea. Get some use out of Nelson! :-)

If you squint just right the bag in the first panel looks like the easter bunny. I’ll get my eye checked next week.

@Judy WaddleOpal works for so many things that no one cares about. It’s an OCD that many women have. Then they get so overwhelmed working on so many things that no one cares about that they cannot do them all. So, they demand that others help them do these things that no one else cares about. When they don’t, she condemns them as lazy or shiftless or aelfish, etc. Sound familiar?

Earl needs to get out the old fishing grappling hook…

Too bad they don’t live in Oklahoma. The wind putteth, the wind taketh away.

I say, send that cat up the tree for it. Then Earl will just have to get the cat down.
