Aside from the fact that Michael Ramirez is a perfect example of prolific media bias, you don’t have to look very hard to find boatloads of criticism from Republicans themselves (in and out of the media) about the state of their party.
A little field autopsy and when they check the handles for fingerprints, they’ll find them covered with the prints of folks like rove, that 12 year old pledge writer grover norquist, lyin’ ryan and mittens romoney.
Amen, Ramirez!-The reporters and news anchors are far left of “center” and the owners of print and tv and radio media do not even try, in most cases, to influence the slant of their staff. We might make an exception to MSNBC and increasingly, CNN.-every annual survey of media shows their leftwing TILT.
The Republicans lost because they ran a really bad candidate. Trouble is, he was the best of the field (except for Huntsman, who was unthinkable). I want Bachman next time, with Palin as VP candidate.
The Republicans lost of what they did when they’re in power, and what they’ve promised to do if they’re in power again. All of which they’re doing in the states in which they’re in power. And all of which is extremely unpopular. Unless you’re very, very rich. The media have nothing to do with it, except for telling the truth, which is really bad for Republicans.
“Even Reagan was backstabbed by the media.”More unsubstantiated nonsense. The media generally fawned over Reagan & still gives him the soft focus reserved for aging movie stars. The elephant died from GOP backstabbing.
Oh Puh-lease! If the Republicans had been doing things right the media wouldn’t have had anything to attack them on. Sarah Palin depended on the Media circus for her notoriety…then she opened her mouth and put her own foot in her mouth. Romney’s 47% comment wasn’t forced on him… he said it himself. The Republicans got what they deserved. The Media were only the messenger.

The TOONists and Media have demonstrated their ability to Smear and Twist. They should take a bow.
