Good morning, Vagabonds. Yesterday I did NOTHING except read and have the super take care of my kitchen light switch and my bathroom plumbing. More of that tomorrow. I did join the Turkish Cultural Center online and they will inform me of future programs that I may want to attend – and it;s an easy subway ride to the Center.

    Good Morning, Village……

49 degrees right now……got up to 72 yesterday. Opened windows and loved the fresh air!

Jan, hope your friend, Rhonda gets better soon. I’ve added her to my prayer list. Our San Diego daughter is an avid supporter of the MS walk in San Diego. Every Sept or October (can’t remember) they do a 50 mile walk over 3 days raising funds for MS. Naturally, we support her efforts. The entry fee is something like 3,000.00 of donations each, and we gladly support it.

    Good afternoon vagabonds,

Sorry to be so late with this post , but after the gym this A.M., I had to do the food shopping and then have lunch.Last night my wife and I went to a concert given by the high school orchestra and band, of which our youngest granddaughter is a member. She is a senior and plays the violin. She is the first seat in the orchestra and played a solo last night. Did an excellent job. Very talented, she taught herself to play the guitar and the piano and wants to be a music teacher. Both the orchestra and the band were very good. It was a good night in all.Weather is great today, temp at 77 and sunny. Able to open the windows and let some air in.
