Good morning, Vagabonds. @Rita, thanks for your suggestion yesterday about googling anti-cancer foods. Actually I am a vegetarian, at least in my home and I rarely eat out. I eat oatmeal almost every morning and in my recent trek to BJ I bought a bag of snow peas as well as baby carrots, which I eat as a snack. In fact I graze – rather than eat 3 big meals, I eat 5 small meals. My problem is peanut butter and pasta (I measure my pasta by putting just a handful of raw pasta into the water). I forgot to buy peanut butter at BJ and have none, so I may let it go and also forgo the pasta, just eating my veggieburgers without the pasta. I will also forgo whole milk and just drink my powdered milk – essentially white water. Also, I bough little packets of almonds at BJ which I snack on now instead of cookies.

    Good Morning, Villagers,

Brilliant sunshine this a.m. And, it is sitting at 50 degrees right now. We’ve already opened a window to get the fresh air.

I submitted my snow covered lilacs picture to our local TV station and they showed it on the weather report. It seems that snow caught a lot of people off guard. it was only supposed to be rain in the lower elevations. Anyway, it was fun to have my name mentioned.

Good choices, Arye. That’s what I’m learning. It’s all about choices. And, Jan……..I really don’t miss my evening chocolate. I’ve replaced it with 4 dried apricots. Still sweet, but oh so healthy.
