Am I imagining it, or has Kaz aged about 10 years since our last close-up look at him? He’s looking a little long in the tooth to be sporting the hair style, sideburns and earrings.
-Z-Z-Z-Z-Z-Z-Z-Z-Z Huh, what, who ‘s yelling? Sorry, must have dozed off for a minute there. Well at least now this storyline must be over right? Let’s see…..DAMMIT!
P3- Nice Stewart Gilligan Griffin reference Hard Knox. You bonehead. Some of you keep pining for Coach Glory and her fabulous wardrobe. I would be surprised to see Glory again. However, she will live on in our memories.
This is a civil case, so the plaintiff only has to have a majority. Tie still goes to the defense or the judge can render a decision. Of course, this is Gil Court. He will settle it the old fashioned way. Run laps. Last one standing is the winner.

I think I need a legal interpretation here. How does a Plaintiff win in a tie?

In a tie, defendant wins because plaintiff (generally) has the burden of proof — like a boxing title fight.

Am I wrong here, but isn’t Jimmy (or his Dad) the defendant? If that’s the case, then Jimmy would win, right?

Next episode, Gil tries to unilaterally curtail Knox, only to back down when Knox asks about the Thorp children’s whereabouts for the last five years.
