Some airlines, I won’t mention which, have gone to great expense to attached very accurate measuring devices to the bathroom commode and charge their customers by the oz if they do a number 1 and by the lb for a number 2!
I think it’s about time that airlines thought about making the journey comfortable for ALL passengers..A recent flight with British Airways had no functioning ventilation in economy class, the seats were arranged so that one either had a two windows or none; my feet were pressed between the seats in front and something under my seat. I won’t mention the attitude of the staff. Next time I will be flying with Lufthansa or Royal Thai.

This is the only time being 5’1" is a good thing. No problem with leg room, but I can’t reach anything in the overhead bins.
