You would think, but it will live forever in the minds of the factually challenged. I’m sure it will at least survive in the Obama section of Conservapedia.

Gosh ReFlex! You must be right! That’s why Lois Lerner has invoked the Fifth Amendment, refused to testify before the House and has been placed paid administrative leave where she is forced to cry herself to sleep at the tune of $3,557.69 each week (paid for by the taxpayers, of course).

Besides, everyone should be pleased and happy to tell this transparent and ethical administration all about their donors. I mean, the fact that every time Obama specifically mentioned a Republican donor in one of his speeches, that donor was just coincidentally selected for an audit has nothing to do with anything, does it? Nah…

And the fact that many of these groups were eventually approved (I do not for a moment believe your assertion that they all were) does not excuse the third degree, the improper questions, the genuine hostility and the raw intimidation exerted by the IRS for obviously partisan political reasons.

Pedal your wares somewhere else, troll!

Not as dead as you Obamites may wish:Contrary to the claims of acting IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel, the agency wasn’t merely applying “broad” scrutiny to all political groups. The IRS focused specifically on conservatives groups, the Treasury IG told Congress this week.Inspector General J. Russell George said he stands by the report’s “determination that conservative groups were uniquely singled out for special scrutiny by the tax agency, rebutting Democrats’ contention that liberal groups also were targeted,” the Washington Times reports.

Is it possible to launder money with a tax-exempt group?

Well, I for one am relieved to hear that Lois is doing OK. I was getting ready to check the “Donate $1 to Lois” box on my tax return, but I guess I can move those funds over to the Eric Holder Defense Fund. Oh, wait…..NOT!

The leftists here err – all of the Tea Party groups were denied the chance to raise money to defeat the regime – that was the obvious reason for the delaying tactic.

This scandal is not dead, as much as Democrats might want it to be. The IRS did NOT scrutinize “progressive” groups but did scrutinize conservative groups. People don’t trust the IRS, and they don’t trust Obama either.

@Re-flex76, you mean the billionaire who made his fortune manipulating the British pound and who caused harm to millions of middle class by pushing their economy into recession? He’s a model progressive. Just like Bloomberg.
