My July 1st was celebrated with ice cream. Fresh hot (real) maple syrup poured over a bed of ice chips. Poutine and sockeye salmon burger on fresh bannock. Brewed black iced tea (no sugar).save the oatmeal/chocolate chip cookies for much, much later.
