    What will you do now, Ozy?, Will you try to break the curse?, or will you leave your children and the children of them to suffer the same curse?

    Since Ozy is adopted and not a blood relative, this is some strange curse (that or Llewellyn made the whole thing up).

    Burn scars? Possibly. It depends on the type of tar used. (Some commercial sealing-grade tars are formulated to melt at lower temperatures than asphalt-grade tar.)

    Feathers stuck onto a person for life? Doubtful. Tar can be removed by turpentine or mineral spirits. (The process is painful, but it can be done.) The feathers will come off with the tar.

    (P.S. I’ve worked with both types.)
