I am going to go under the assumption that I have never swallowed a spider – I don’t care what the internet says. And don’t even try – you can’t change my mind.
Good thing the average stomach has a pH of 2.3. Spiders may check in, but my stomach acid is a lot stronger than they are. Just in case something survives, my little proton pumps will churn out enough pH 1 acid to destroy them. @seafox10: I am the same way. I awoke the other night with the feeling someone was in the room, so I reached under the bed for my little cat.
