Even Greens, with Nonviolence a defining value along with Grassroots Democracy, Economic Justice, and Environmental Responsibility, would have to admit all other alternatives had failed. Of course, they would demand it be a legally declared war and civilians kept out of harm’s way as much as possible, which does not have much favor today.
