ok, not smoldering wood, bad discription. the woods not going to smolder for weeks while the eggs hatch and the larva grows without cooking them. How about previously heated wood with carmalized sap?

I can sum up parrillada in just one word, “UGH” How some people can eat some of the things they eat is beyond me. I read once that the Eskimos used to eat meat rotten with maggots, sickening about says it all.

Gilley finished the tourney 2nd in a playoff. When I was a kid my dad could not get me to understand why a hole-in-one did not automatically make you the winner.

Well, no matter what it tastes, the parrillada BBQ will never taste as bad as the chicken I had last night at Boston Pizza.

I think there are other cow parts, not mentioned, that are grilled; call prairie oysters.

“South American”? Couldn’t “Ripley” be more specific than that?

Growing up in Arizona I’ve eaten just about every part of a cow in sauces,BBQ’s, and pit roasting..If prepared correctly “Tripa”(cow stomach),and Lengua(Tongue) is tasty..Buca(cow cheeks) delicious..One of the only parts I will NOT eat is Sesos(brains)..no..nonot in my tacos…ever..
