Nate and Charley could raise their other hands and their legs (if Louie can lie on his back, so can they) — then they’d have eight votes. But, alas, would still lose to the captain and Louie’s nine. Louie’s tail is the tiebreaker, no matter how you look at it. .The crew needs to get a pet octopus, that’d make things like this way interesting!
