Speaking of your gubbermint book, you really need to learn how to read your own material. Page 22 outlines gubbermint receipts and expenditures, not the emergency and appropriation funds. Most of the other funds I speak about are on pages 132 and above, though I haven’t had a chance to read them thoroughly. I’ll do so later (expect another reply to this).
