Once again i’m all alone here, Bev is asleep with her drink in her hand, And even Fenton is dozing under the table in the corner. Bev! Wake up! Its time to go home to bed……

But Martin is very creative…in his fantasies, he’s re-writing all of history…. This is his vision of how a dinosaur would look during The Boxer Rebellion.

Um…. Fenton says you said he was sleeping on his shift…. So he reluctantly admitted to me that he let a stray dog have a place to nap for an hour…he knows it’s not allowed…..but he feels so sorry for them sometimes.

He just wants you to know it wasn’t him… he’d never sleep when he’s watching the bar….

He’s very responsible.. i fact I sometimes have him work alone for half a night, especially a slow night like Sunday…. though we do have toons in and out at all hours.

I keep missing almost everybody…. Bev, Twinkly…. Shika….. 2Old…. Ling…..

I’d really like to try to make it to the Tiki while you’re all here….IF …. and it’s a big “If” … my appendix and all other parts of my body are safe!

Well I guess it’s too late for my spleen…

Martin didn’t have much time to consider his materials since he was in a race with Dale from down the block to see who could finish making a dinosaur costume from “whatever was handy”, fastest…after all, isn’t it more fun to be able to race down to the lucky elm tree on the corner and yell “FIRST!” while ol’ Dale’s still trying to find the scissors to make eyeholes.

Back to work for 3 or 4 hours.I’ll be having an Arnold Palmer on a half dozen Snickerdoodles at the Tiki when I get back.
