The mindset of the fools that would bring our government to a standstill in the cause of obstructing a law passed by Congress, signed by the President and upheld by The Supreme Court is unfathomable. The Tea Party is a disgrace to America, and any non-Tea Party Republicans too cowardly to stand up to them and get this country back in action should be ashamed of themselves. It’s useless to criticize the Teabaggers for their treachery for they are shameless and zealots not unlike the Taliban Militia. God protect us from them!
Easy answer, the GOP, which has tried for 2 years to unfund a bill that is the law of the land, passed by Congress, signed by the President and upheld by The Supreme Court. The Tea Party is blackmailing the entire country; to submit to this blackmail would be to open the door to an endless and ongoing blackmail. It is reprehensible and not to be allowed.
If it was Unconstitutional, why didn’t The (conservative majority) Supreme Court declare it so?Because it’s not, that’s why, in spite of what you care to believe. You Conservatives crow about the Constitution, but gripe when SCOTUS interprets it in a way you don’t like. If you like it, it’s Constitutional, if you don’t, it’s not. What a bore.
