I’m having difficulty understanding this cartoon. Is this a jab at the Democrats because of the web site issues? Or is this a jab at the Republicans who wanted to defeat the ACA and that is exactly what is depicted … sick person could not get health care (with or without ACA)? Or a jab at both?
My doctor turned off my implant pain pump in 30sec and charge $250. Please link the free ones. If a traffic light is installed and it doesn’t work do we toss traffic lights or fix them? This has been a majority choice. That makes you the troll but how could you know the difference?

The ACA is designed specifically to damage the middle class. If your 4x above the poverty level (middle class) and healthy then you will pay more so the poor and those with preexisting conditions pay less. The rich will be unaffected.
