Just natural soap and very warm water, no make-up, proper hydration is the very best anti-aging. Make-up ages your face way quicker than not. (Many cosmetics also can cause cancer after a lifetime of use- is it worth it? No.) A woman looks much more secure in who she is when she ages gracefully.
