Lots of extra things can be put in food without spoiling the taste. I love experimenting with recipes to improve my foods and I always use the healthiest spices. I want all the foods that I cook to be better for me as well as taste better, whether I’m doing vegetarian (like this year) or just normal diet (I’m luck to have NO allergies, but there are a few foods I have not yet found tasty such as Okra, and some fruits don’t appeal to me unless mixed with others mostly because they have no noticable flavor I puree whole broccoli stalks in my marinara sauce, easily covered by the spices and red wine.

We discovered pill pockets. Our dogs LOVE them, it doesn’t matter WHAT we put in them, they just gulp them down. The cats are a little more picky.
