    So true. I miss my puppies. 12 and 14 when they passed, but were still my puppies.

    Hey, washingtoneagle-you can always adopt more from your local pound. saving a dogs life is the best thing you can do-for the dog and yourself!

    This is one way in which dogs are superior to cats. A cat isn’t going to meet you at the bus. When you come in the house the cat isn’t likely to greet you at the door. It will be laying on the sofa or bed and when you come in it may look up at you, then put it’s head back down. However about 10 or 15 minutes later it’s all over you wanting to be petted and loved on.

    Unlike a spouse, It doesn’t matter how late you come in or your condition, they’re always happy to see you.
