What the development is going to become, at this stage, has been well-publicized. The first board the developer was required to erect has all the info you might want.
Then the developer, if they’re looking for interest/investors/buyers, will go all out on 4×8 and other advertisements while the site is being developed.
But even if the developer isn’t advertising (say, the entire building is for one owner), the development plans are public record and wide open for your purview.
